When I first met Ty I was over 300 pounds and extremely unhealthy. Because of my weight, I had mobility issues and joint pain. Ty started me out with exercises that I could handle….. but as I progressed, the program became more and more intense! Still the training was fun.

The challenge for me was constantly making healthy choices when it came my diet. I was motivated by seeing the pounds I lost with each progress check! Now I’m joint pain free, about 187 pounds and I’m working with Ty to gain muscle mass and definition. Training with Ty has truly changed my life.
