I achieved my goals because “Mr. T” does a great job motivating me and mixing up the workouts to keep them challenging and varied. When I reached my goal Ty finally showed me the “before” picture that was taken at the very beginning of my fitness program. I was shocked…. I couldn’t believe I was that out of shape when we started! Now I’m stronger, I have more energy, I look and feel younger. I feel like I’m in my 20s again! I lost over 15 pounds of body fat, added lean, defined muscle mass and I am now ready to add even more muscle mass. I’m sticking with Ty because he knows his stuff and lives it too.
