Being a former athlete, training with Ty worked well for me. I’m usually pretty self motivated but to regain my athleticism I needed the coach figure back in my life. He was able to quickly coach me back into shape. Outdoor running was a big part of my training program. I was initially shocked at how difficult it was for me to finish a 1 mile run. At first I couldn’t get through the first quarter mile without being totally exhausted. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I progressed in the mile and towards my fitness goals. Within weeks I was flying through the mile and was able to finish a three mile run well under 30 minutes. With Ty I improved my strength, cardiovascular endurance and I lost 26 pounds. 20 of those pounds were dropped in the first 4 weeks of training with Ty!
