Ty is an excellent trainer and motivator! He really pushed me mentally and physically. I didn’t think the sessions would be as challenging as they were. I couldn’t believe how athletic I was becoming. The variety of exercises and the creative routines were really exciting. I looked forward to the new workouts each session!
I lost 29 pounds so far and I’m still losing!!! I’m extremely pleased and thrilled at what I was able to accomplish. I had an excellent time training with Ty. My initial goal was to slim down for my big wedding. Now that I have accomplished that, my new challenge is to continue to make healthy eating and exercises a way of life.
